This issue contains a first person story by Robert O. Puryear, an RF&P Fireman, who rode engine 551, the "General Robert E. Lee", from Richmond to Potomac Yard and provides a narrative of the trip. An 11 x 17 picture of the engine and its tender span pages 8 and 9. There is also a short article about the Waterloo Station area by member Jim Foley.
