HO Scale GP-35 from Walthers

In August of 1965 the RF&P’s received eight GP-35 locomotives, numbered 111-118. In 1969 the eight units were renumbered to the 131-138 series. They served the RF&P well with most running until the end in 1991 and then for CSX for a short time thereafter. This fine HO scale model is from Walthers Proto and depicts the locomotives as they looked in the 1969-1972 period. Available in either DC ($200) or DCC+Sound ($300), these models are selling fast and are now extremely limited in quantity. Please write to confirm your choice is available before ordering.

O Scale Three-Bay Hopper from Atlas

The RF&P rostered a fleet of open hoppers used for aggregate service between various locations on the railroad. Photographs show that it was not uncommon to find a rake of six to twelve aggregate hopper cars in local freights north of Doswell, making them a perfect pike-sized proposition for the modeler. These O scale hoppers from Atlas come in two numbers (8202 or 8219), and are available in two-rail configuration. Price is $69 per car.
