2009 Annual meeting sees 50 attendees
Saturday, November 14, 2009 saw 46 members and 4 guests meet at the Salem Church Regional Library. Officers for 2010 and the Class 2 Directorships
were elected, with Sanford C. "Sam" Williamson being elected to the Officer-at-Large and Class 2 director slot being vacated by Ron Herfurth, who
has stepped aside to focus on being Company Store Manager. All other incumbents were re-elected.55 total ballots were turned in, including 26 that
arrived by mail, from distant parts including Florida, Connecticut and Kansas. Member participation in the Elections process is greatly appreciated.
The 2010 budget was adopted by the members present. All told, the attendance was greater than 11% of paid membership for 2009, not a small feat given 400

Website moved 7-10-09
Ideally the end user will not have noticed that the website moved today from a frame-forward to where the pages
are native to the rfandp.org domain. If there are any broken links temporarily, this is likely due to the move.[Update 7-14-09: Your
webmaster believes these to be resolved by this point - if you locate a broken link, please let the webmaster know]
Among the benefits of the move include email addresses that are able to send as well as receive. The old set up had the addresses
as show on the site as simply email aliases that delivered the mail to the appropriate officer. In addition, we are
no longer constricted by the small space quota of the old location. There are additional possibilities for future development that
are under consideration, including the potential of a members-only login area.
