The Society "Company Store" is open for business, although the catalog is still in a developmental stage.
This page has the items currently available, and the print order form is available in two formats for mail-in orders: PDF(PDF not perfect, but is 2011 form) or Excel.
If you notice a conflict between this page and the order form, please let us know by emailing the webmaster at webmaster@rfandp.org so that we may
propmptly correct the error.
Direct online ordering by PayPal is now available for those that wish; For those that desire, the PDF or Excel order form by mail via the Society PO Box is also accepted.
We are able to accept checks or money orders through the mail or in person, and cash only
in person. (such as at a meeting or other event where the Society is formally represented, such as a train show) The Society does from time to time
offer items of limited quantity at member meetings and shows, and such won't always be shown on this page.
Even though the Society is a not for profit corporation registered in the State of Virginia, we are still required to collect sales
tax of 5% from Virginia residents.
Disclaimer:
Due to the volunteer nature of the Society and its "Company Store", it may take up to four weeks for receipt of your order. This includes mail transit time to receive
your order to our PO Box, for our PO Box to be checked, for your check to clear, the order to be forwarded to the Company Store manager, and finally for fulfilling of
the order. While most items will not take that long, please be understanding if it does.

2012 Membership Dues
The Society accepts new memberships via PayPal, which can be purchased alongside an order
for merchandise. It is asked that new members fill out and send in the membership application
under separate cover. Renewals by paypal do not have to fill out the application anew.
Regular Dues are $20 per calendar year, with Sustaining Dues being $30 and Contributing Dues being $100. The primary membership benefit is
the four issues of the newsletter for that same year, regardless of the aggregate cover price. Sustaining and Contributing dues
give the additional benefit of a tax-deductible contribution of any amount greater than the Regular Dues cost. Additional members of the same
household of another class of member may join as Family members for $5 per year. This class does not receive a copy of the publication, but does
entitle a vote on Society business.
Renewal Dues are being accepted for CY2012 as far as offering Paypal as a payment option. This does incur additional cost to the Society, but
the amount remains unchanged for this option. Renewals are also accepted by mail to the PO Box 9097, Fredericksburg VA 22403-9097 address. Any new
memberships received during the tail end of 2011 will be assumed for CY2012 unless otherwise stated by applicant.

HO scale 903/906 Caboose in red
The Society has commissioned Atlas to do a run of HO scale cabeese - 150 each of #903 and #906, as painted red in 1987 by
the RF&P. Price is $30 for one, $55 for both. The model is of the International Car Company built in the early 1970s, covering cars 901-903 and 904-907.
Since the safety slogans were changed on a yearly basis, they are not on the model itself but could be applied by the modeler if desired.
The Society has taken
delivery of the cabooses as of February 11, 2008, and they will be available at Society functions and CS-attended train shows until supply is
exhausted. As of 12/31/2008, the run was about half gone, with 78 #903s remaining and 85 #906s.
